Brenntag does not agree with decision of French Competition Authority

Brenntag SA, a French subsidiary of Brenntag AG which represented about 4% of the Group’s sales in 2012, has been informed today by the French Competition Authority (FCA) of the fine of EUR 48 million imposed on Brenntag SA jointly with a further party regarding infringements to competition law, from 1998 to 2005 in France.
